I have decades of experience in nonprofit work, mostly in the intersection of health and human rights. I have worked with people marginalized by structures of power and oppression, in equity and exclusion. I see these realities through a collective lens, and seek to work collectively to help address them, primarily as a facilitator, an organizer, and a guide. I believe firmly that resilience is always at work within human systems, and that helping communities, neighborhoods, families and individuals become aware of and actualize that resilience is key to change and transformation. Through community and organizational consulting, I work with those who have the power to unlock their collective potential.
